July Product Release Notes

The INFI team is constantly at work to improve our product by implementing new console and kiosk features that make life easier for both you and your customers. Read on to learn more about the new features and functionalities that are now available after the July release.

Custom item tags

Add custom tags to individual menu items. To do so, log in to your console, expand the Menu category on the left side of the page and click Items. Click the triple dots to the right of the menu item you want to edit, then add the tags under Item Information.

Collect customer email at checkout

When your customers checkout, you now have the ability to enable email collection to support your marketing activities. To enable, log in to your console and, on the left side of the page, navigate to Kiosk.


For each kiosk where you want to enable email collection, select the kiosk and click the Customer Information label. Toggle on the option for Require Customer Email.

Enable time selection for pre-order pickups

This feature can be enabled separately for your kiosk, mobile ordering, or online ordering, and will allow customers to select a pick-up time after ordering, which will be displayed on the order ticket.


To enable, access the General Settings section for the platform you are updating (kiosk, mobile or online) and look for the option labeled Pre-order.

By enabling this option, customers who order using the kiosk will be able to select a pick-up time on the order summary page using a time selection widget.


On mobile and online, customers will see an option to Change their time at the top of the Checkout page where dine in location and time details are displayed.

Search items on mobile and online ordering

Now, customers can search your entire menu for a word or set of words if there is a specific item they are looking for and add to their order from the search screen. Note that this feature works only with item names.

V2 Pro handheld controller integration with Epson printers

If you are using the V2 Pro handheld controller, you will now be able to connect to your Epson printer for all your printing needs.
