When this notice appears on the screen, check Wi-Fi connection status
USB Error

If InfiKIOSK is not connected to the card reader, the InfiKIOSK will display the following interface

If InfiKIOSK is not connected to the card reader, card reader will display the following interface (Automatic elimination after successful connection)

After successful connection, the following interface will appear in InfiKIOSK. Click done to exit the interface

If the USB is disconnected while in use (for example, the USB data cable is damaged). An error popup will appear on the main screen. Reconnecting will eliminate the popup
Notice

If the InfiKIOSK is turned off and the card reader is turned on, please ensure that when you reboot at the InfiKIOSK, click OK on the system level pop-up box encountered

If the card reader is turned off and the InfiKIOSK is turned on, the card reader will enter the InfiREADER App automatically after starting up

If there is no error in the main interface, it can be used normally

If it is not automatically entered into the InfiREADER App, please open it manually

If you enter the InfiREADER App and an error popup appears on the main screen, you can try to restart the InfiREADER App

If the popup still exists after a reboot, check the USB connection status
