Network Error

  • When this notice appears on the screen, check Wi-Fi connection status

USB Error

  • If InfiKIOSK is not connected to the card reader, the InfiKIOSK will display the following interface

  • If InfiKIOSK is not connected to the card reader, card reader will display the following interface (Automatic elimination after successful connection)

  • After successful connection, the following interface will appear in InfiKIOSK. Click done to exit the interface

  • If the USB is disconnected while in use (for example, the USB data cable is damaged). An error popup will appear on the main screen. Reconnecting will eliminate the popup

Notice

  • If the InfiKIOSK is turned off and the card reader is turned on, please ensure that when you reboot at the InfiKIOSK, click OK on the system level pop-up box encountered

  • If the card reader is turned off and the InfiKIOSK is turned on, the card reader will enter the InfiREADER App automatically after starting up

  • If there is no error in the main interface, it can be used normally

  • If it is not automatically entered into the InfiREADER App, please open it manually

  • If you enter the InfiREADER App and an error popup appears on the main screen, you can try to restart the InfiREADER App

  • If the popup still exists after a reboot, check the USB connection status
