Being INFI's Co-Founder and CEO, Congruity wanted to hear Lucas's story as well as the direction that the company is headed. In a 30-minute long interview for Congruity's podcast, Lucas dives into the importance of digitalization for our customers.
Many mom-and-pop operations, as well as franchises, are getting left behind as the leaders of the industry continue to integrate digital solutions into their day-to-day operations.
Oftentimes there is a stigma against using digital solutions, such as the InfiKIOSK, as there is a fear that they replace human labor. Lucas reiterates that technology isn't meant to replace humans, rather free them of mundane and repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on other areas of the restaurant.
Human interaction is what drives the customer experience within the hospitality space, therefore owners should use technology to free up their employees to focus on that.
