These Terms of Use apply to your participation in the INFI Loyalty program in this location, which is operated by this location and INFI. Every individual merchant has its own loyalty rules. Rewards are not eligible across the stores or locations unless in the situation the merchants noted.

Merchant and INFI reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and updated on the terms and conditions of the InfiKIOSK.

2. Enter your phone number and type the code you received 
3. You are successfully joined INFI Loyalty Program at this location

The redeemed item is not eligible to return, refund or replacement.

Points are automatically added to your account within 24 hours of your eligible purchase and expire 12 months after the calendar month. You can view your available Rewards and points in each location after login into your account on InfiKIOSK.

In order to enroll in the Program, you will have to register and create an Account with us and provide your phone number. We will not use your phone number wither other purposes or share your information with third pirates.

If a number is used by any other person, all points relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the Member’s Account. INFI and the merchant assume no liability or responsibility for points redeemed by any person(s) prior. Any points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the customer’s risk.

By enrolling in the Program, each Member (i) certifies that he or she is over the age of majority in the province in which he or she resides (or is supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Program Terms) and of mental capacity (or is supervised by a legal guardian who agrees to the Program Terms), (ii) consents to the company’s collection and use of certain personal information, except as he or she may otherwise notify the Company and (iii) agrees to the Program Terms, as they may be amended from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any other Program Terms, and shall be read together with such other Program Terms as one and the same instrument; provided, that if there is a conflict between any terms set forth in these terms and conditions, the Program Website, the Explainer Page and/or any other Program Terms, such conflict shall be resolved as follows: first, the Explainer Page shall prevail, thereafter these Terms & Conditions, thereafter the Program Website and finally any other Program Terms.  For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any action, proceeding or other dispute arising from or relating to any Program Terms, such dispute shall be settled in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth in these Terms & Conditions.

Any abuse by a Member of the Program’s privileges, any failure by a Member to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may subject the Member to expulsion from the Program, including forfeiture of all accumulated points.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein is correct. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printed copies of these Terms and Conditions nor those published from time to time on its website.
Any waiver by the Company of the strict observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of the Company as a result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms and Conditions. No delay or omission by the Company in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy.
In the event that any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, and if that state’s laws or regulations are more stringent than the forms of the agreement, the state law or rule shall govern.

INFI  may elect to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions and any other Program Terms or claims relating thereto by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or we may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, necessary to protect the rights or the property of you or INFI or its agents, suppliers, and subcontractors), pending the completion of arbitration.
